Solution Architect
As a Solution Architect, your role entails developing comprehensive knowledge of customer processes in this market and determining how they can be enhanced by the software. Your duty is to refine these processes and ensure that the customer’s objectives are met through the design of an appropriate solution. You possess a deep understanding of the capabilities within F&O and are prepared to test their limits. You engage early in the customer’s journey, starting from the presales phase, to evaluate the feasibility of their requirements. While Sales may finalize the transaction, the responsibility for the design rests with you.
