We can start the year with good news. We are thrilled to announce that we have achieved a Microsoft Gold Partner status. To explain the process and difficulty, our colleague Paul Karsmakers, wrote the following.
Achieving Microsoft Gold Partner status is tough..
DycoTrade is always up-to-date and embedded in all levels of Microsoft technology. To prove this, DycoTrade embarked on a journey to achieve Gold status in multiple competencies, including but not limited to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Besides revenue requirements, certified employees are a precondition for Gold status.
.. but worth it!
Being recognized by Microsoft as a Gold Partner means gaining access to various state-of-the-art product licenses, allowing the development of Proof of Concept (PoC) demos. It also ensures Premium technical support should this be required during implementation or after Go Live. Working for a Gold Partner means working with the latest technology, while being surrounded by equally capable colleagues. Choosing a Gold Partner as a customer is a wise decision, since continuity and stability are anchored.
Staying certified is equally important
Recently, Microsoft acknowledged the titanic efforts needed to stay certified. Starting in February 2021, recertification will require passing an assessment on MS Learn. Knowledge tested will be incremental and the assessment.. completely free of charge!
