DycoTrade values her customers and believes in investing in an annual Customer Event, in which ideas and insights are shared in a cooperative and open atmosphere.

This year in our DycoTrade Customer Event 2024, we have an inspiring program centered around the theme “Working Together on a Better Tomorrow” aiming to help both you and your company unlock your full potential.

Why attend? We promise you that you will go home with clearer ideas of how new technologies can help you with your business challenges in this unpredictable world and you will really enjoy exchanging ideas with your peers in a relaxed setting.

Here is a quick glimpse of what to expect for both days:

Day 1: 7th May 

09:00 – 12:30

With the help of insightful speakers, we explore topics such as trends in the Commodity Trading software market, best CTRM practices from our customers, and new functionality from Microsoft and DycoTrade. Our professional international keynote speaker will shake up your ideas about trends, innovation, and the future.

13:30 – 16:00 

Following the theme of our event – Working Together on a Better Tomorrow – we offer you breakout sessions on topics such as Business Insights and Data-Driven Decision Making with AI, Commodity Trading Outlook, Sustainability & ESG, and others. You choose the topics most relevant to you & your company.

16:00 – 17:30 

We finish with plenary sessions that will provide you with much food for thought.
A drink will round off the day before the start of our evening program.

17:30 – 20:30

We will board a special boat with time to enjoy the city from the water in the evening and one another’s company and insights.

Day 2: 8th May

09:00 – 11:30

We kick off the second day focusing on a topic very much in the news – Artificial Intelligence. Microsoft has launched its advanced CoPilot Artificial Intelligence functionality and we begin with a general session showing you the latest status of CoPilot and relevant cases for your inspiration.

Then following the theme of our event – Working Together on a Better Tomorrow – you will have the opportunity to share your ideas on how DycoTrade can best incorporate CoPilot into DycoTrade CTRM software. These breakouts are organized around different functional angles. 

11:30 – 13:00

Now is the chance to talk to your DycoTrade project team, or to consultants that can answer any questions you may still have or topics you want to explore before enjoying lunch and winding down.

The location

The venue is Rotterdam, the logistics port of Europe. We kick off our event at the captivating World Museum on May 7th and end at the historic Hotel New York on May 8th.
