DycoTrade’s valued customer Bay State Milling (BSM), a family-owned company with a strategic intent to support the growth of the next generation of grain-based foods in North America will go live with the DycoTrade ERP solution on their second site in the USA. Earlier, the first Milling facility kicked off with DycoTrade, and as per now, the second Mill (Bolingbrook) will follow early September.
DycoTrade worked closely together with BSM’s core ERP-team, both OnSite in the US and remote from DycoTrade headoffices in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Cooperation has been very fruitful and, although travel schedules were challenging at some stages, the result is another successful implementation within BSM’s “Project Springboard“. Project Springboard (“One Company, One Team, One System“) comprises the full ERP implementation for the BSM organization. Currently another handful of other locations are on the list of implementation.
The implementation in Bolingbrook consisted of (amongst others) designing, developing and implementing the new Quality module based on BSM’s specific requirements regarding this subject.
After the dust of the Bolingbrook Go-Live settles, BSM will continue to work with DycoTrade on implementing the remaining mills later in 2016 and further onward in 2017. we congratulate the BSM team, as well as the DycoTrade team with the results so far and look forward to next challenges.
