As a Content & Communication Specialist, you play a key role in improving our internal communications and boosting employee engagement. You will develop and manage an internal communication platform, create engaging content, and work closely with HR and marketing to strengthen our employer brand. With your strategic approach, you ensure that communication is clear, consistent, and purpose-driven, helping employees feel informed and valued.

Our goal is to provide the industry-standard solution for commodity and trading companies worldwide. Commodities (like metals, grain, cacao, coffee, and milk products) are crucial for goods and products we consume daily. With constant disruptions in weather, climate, global security, and logistics routes, ensuring a stable supply of commodities can be challenging. Our software makes an impact by making trade and logistics processes more efficient and managing potential risks in time. This helps our customers to trade, deliver, or receive commodities in a more efficient, predictable, and profitable way.
The CTRM (Commodity Trade and Risk Management) platform we have developed over the past 20 years is powered by the latest Microsoft technology. With DycoTrade’s added functionality for Microsoft’s business solutions (Microsoft Dynamics 365), commodity trading organizations, small to very large, have an unbeaten software backbone at hand.

What you will do
Picture a workspace buzzing with ideas, where every day brings the chance to shape the voice of the company from within. As a Content & Communication Specialist, your morning begins by developing an internal communication strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals. You outline plans for a new campaign designed to boost engagement and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Next, you shift gears to content creation, drafting an employee newsletter that celebrates recent milestones, upcoming events, and individual achievements. With an eye for detail, you ensure the content is not just informative but engaging, using multimedia elements to capture attention. As the afternoon unfolds, you dedicate time to managing the internal communication platform, updating it to keep it relevant and user-friendly, and planning a training session to help employees navigate and utilize it effectively.
Midday, you join a feedback session where you listen to employees’ thoughts on current communication methods. This interaction fuels your creativity, sparking ideas for initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Moving on, you collaborate with HR and marketing teams to brainstorm strategies that strengthen the employer brand, planning campaigns that highlight the unique culture and values of the company.
Your day concludes with a meeting with senior management, where you report on the effectiveness of recent communication efforts, backed by metrics and KPIs. You share insights on what’s working and what can be improved, solidifying your role as a key contributor to innovation and continuous improvement in internal communication. And as you leave for the day, you carry the satisfaction of knowing that your work keeps employees connected, informed, and proud to be part of the company.
What You Bring
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communication or a related field.
- Excellent writing skills and experience in content creation for various channels.
- Technical knowledge of internal communication platforms and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and project management experience.
- Analytical abilities to continuously improve communication processes and strategies.
