Embracing AI at DycoTrade — Working with Users, Building the Future

We’re charting an exciting path into the world of artificial intelligence — not as a distant concept but as an integral part of how we work, engage with users, and deliver value. As highlighted in our feature on CTRM Center, our Chief Product & Technology Officer, Marc Derksen, emphasises that rapid advances in AI are making it imperative for us to rethink our user experience, workflows, and front-end architecture.

The key highlights:

  • We’re shifting toward a future where our front-end is lightweight, intuitive, and AI-powered — moving away from traditional heavy UI layers and instead placing generative prompts, agent-based workflows, and intelligent analytics front and centre.
  • We’re building a governance and ethics framework through our parent group, Novature Group, to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance — a foundational pillar as AI becomes more deeply embedded in what we do.
  • Our AI strategy spans three domains: desktop productivity (e-mails, document summarisation), developer tools (code reviews, unit testing), and product enhancements (routing optimisation, margin management). The first wave is already launching via our BI Accelerator, with further integrations coming.
  • For everyone at DycoTrade, this means more than technology change — it’s about evolving how we collaborate, how we use data, and how we empower our users (both internal and external). Workshops, user-groups, and envisioning sessions (including one in December) will help capture ideas, surface challenges, and co-create this AI-enabled future together.
